[Boatanchors] BC-342 WTT and recapping questions

The BC-312 is one in the Military Aircraft frequency coverage.

You may find more info if you look at military manuals.  These were part 
of the SCR-299 or SCR-399 communication enclosures that the BC-610s were 
mounted in.

Having finally stumbled upon a JB-70, which is a junction box that does 
a bunch of different things, I find that there is a bunch of receptacles 
for BC-348s and BC-312s.

They have obviously been around for quite awhile.

Our friend in Hawaii can probably tell you a bunch about these.
