     I sharpened the image using Gimp. Still very fuzzy. If 
someone has Photoshop the "focus" function might do better. 
However, the thing to the left of the meter is a toggle 
switch, the thing to the right is a pilot light.  Two double 
combination jacks at the bottom and two range switches of 
some sort.  The color, style of meter, etc., are wrong 
for -hp-. Also appears to me to be a wooden case.
     There is such a wide range if instruments many of which 
have very similar panel layouts.  Who knows where their set 
dresser found it.
