That is still too fuzzy for me to tell Al, however it has what appears to be 
a metal panel and wood case.  I have never seen a meter like that for a 
receiver.  Never fear, there are a lot of things that I have never seen, but 
that has too many knobs on it  and the two big ones look to have markings of 
potentiometers doesn't it?
