[Boatanchors] [Milsurplus] "Rust Converting" Paint- Good? Bad?

My son restored the frame of a 1968 Chevrolet and used a very durable black
paint that restorers use. Go to a professional retail auto store and ask
for the paint that restorers use to paint a chassis. I can tell you that it
is as "hard as nails!"
