[Boatanchors] Dial Lock

Hello Filament Lighters,
Does anyone know where I might find a dial lock mechanism? This is a black 
plastic and metal unit that sat behind a  tuning dial and is about 1.75 
inches in diameter. The mating  tuning dial is about 1.5 inches in diameter.
The writing on the lock mechanism simplly says 'LOCK' with an arrow pointing 
to the right.
I have a worn one on the WJ 357 receiver I am restoring. I've seen the same 
thing on other radios from time to time.
