[Boatanchors] Valiant keying

Charles,

READING THE SCHEMATIC -250 volts on the key seems sensible.  The key 
connects, via SW4A, to the grid (pin 7) of V11.  The grid is returned to 
the -265-volt bias supply via a 47K resistor.
