[Boatanchors] Valiant keying

since no one else replied I'll simply say that seems real high.  this
is for a CW key?  if cathode keyed it could get up there, 90, 120 v.
but I have never heard of 250.  key contacts would be sparking and
getting burrs.

I have never owned a Valiant so this is all very general (my comments).
