[Boatanchors] 6146 again

Found one open filament 6146 in my Valiant. Took out all three and found 
an unexpected combination. These are Westinghouse tubes dated 1971,Two 
of them are marked 6146A on the glass envelope but 8298A/6146B on the 
metal base. The one with the open filament has the same marking on the 
base but 8298 on the glass envelope. I replaced all three of them with 
plain 6146's.
