see if near where you live there is a place that makes boxes, or
imprints them. They sometimes have overruns,
etc. We have an outfit on Portland OR that sells nothing but. My last
deal from them where double well's for $2 to $3 each
the negative was full colour glossy printing for a Pansonic 12" and
15" and 17" TV/DVD combos.

If not you can get Tharco boxes just about anywhere.

Same goes for foam .. find a shop that cuts bulk, etc
