One source of double walled boxes is Uline.com.

Sources of GOOD foam are indeed the local home improvement store for the
pink or blue dense foam.

However, a REAL good source of another VERY tough type of foam is the
toss out from a computer store or someplace like Office Depot, a
corporation that constantly upgrades its IT equipment, and the like.

That white foam in a computer box is extremely tough and doesn't act
like any other foam that I've seen. It does NOT indent and stay that way.

Just FORGET the foam peanuts - UNLESS - they are bagged firmly AND the
bags are sealed! They WILL get loose and readily shift and become useless.

Large rolls of bubble wrap are available at any U-Haul shop.

I have ABSOLUTELY ceased to PAY for ANY outfit to pack ANYTHING. I've
gotten short shrift, and will NEVER go that route again!

Best of luck!
