Eugene, that SHOULD be the appropriate state regulatory
agency, but in union-benumbed and strangled NY state, I
think I would report the non-cooperation to the FCC
District Engineer. Isn't there one in NYC anymore?
ConEd is an unlicensed radiator in violation of FCC
rules when interfering with a licensed service.
