[Boatanchors] RME-69 'lytic replacement

All of the new can-caps that we sell are + or - 20%.  I would say the 
most common tolerance we see in the oem caps that they are replacing is 
-20% to +80%.  That's coming out of rigs mostly from the 60's and 70's.
