[Boatanchors] In need of a Heathkit choke...

I dont expect free shipping. What I was wondering about was if people were willing to pay shipping charges for such a heavy item as an Apache. Considering the weight of the radio and its age, I wondered if it would be too expensive for someone to acquire it. I have no problem shipping it if someone is willing to pay the costs involved.

The thinking about parting it out is if one doesnt want to keep such an item, but cant find someone willing to pay for it and pay for shipping, then parting out is an alternative.

I once saw a ham say in a posting he was parting out an SB 220 for exactly that same reason and it worked perfectly.
