[Boatanchors] Packing hint - was boatanchor unpacking hint

UPS and FedWrex have published guidelines on what to use. For heavy items 
bubble wrap is verbotten. Give is bad.

I use thin soft foam as in seat cushions taped over dials, meters, knobs.
