[Boatanchors] Packing hint - was boatanchor unpacking hint

The opaque white stuff you are referring to can usually be found 
wherever computers are being unpacked.  They throw it away in large 
quantities.

It sustains impacts with some "give", yet it retains or regains its 
shape rapidly.  It is a closed cell foam.

My solution is keeping several caulking tubes of liquid nails around.  I 
will either use the "builders foam" to line the double corrugated box, 
stick the "builders foam" with the "liquid nails" to the interior of the 
box.  The I use the closed cell foam from the computer packing.  The 
radio, (or whatever I'm packing.), is then wrapped in small cell bubble 
pack.

I always stuff the interior of a radio with the same small cell bubble 
pack/wrap.

BTW, FedEx, (er..FedWrex), just announced a 5.9% rate increase.

Anything over the "magic" 70 pound level, I too use Greyhound!
