[Boatanchors] Packing hint - was boatanchor unpacking hint

What everyone seems to forget is that you want to have packing with a little 
give.

I question using really stiff insulation board.  I ought to know since my 
son is a home builder and that material is really stiff without much give. 
That material is very much like a piece of plywood.

Take it for it's worth:  I would use a nice thick layer of bubble wrap 
between the "radio" and the insulation board.

For just a little more, you could have the unit crated after being double 
boxed.
