[Boatanchors] tube tester readings

The numerical ranges on the meter should also be listed in the tables
for settings for each tube.
That is, at least the case with my Western Electric (Actually a
Hickock(sp?) KS-15560-L1. There is no good/bad/reject. Each tube
listing gives the MINIMUM MicroMhos of transconductance.
Do you have such listings with the B&K?
