[Boatanchors] Removing switch with knurled nut

Hi Ian,
I don't remember the specifics of the RAL, so these are general suggestions.
1 - Is there a hex nut behind the panel? Loosen it with a thin wrench.
2 - Attempt to rotate the switch itself. (This is no good if the hole
is D-shaped, but give it a try.)
3 - Apply heat to nut with soldering iron.
4 - Protect the panel with thin tape; magic tape, vinyl electrical tape,
etc., and have at the nut with vice grips.
