[Boatanchors] FREE test lead tips

If anyone has the old military type (P/N 102) test leads, I have 
unused male threaded tips for FREE.

There are (4) spade tips, (4) needle tips and (2) alligator tips. 
These are no use to me since I no longer have the test leads. These 
leads were common in the early Simpson 260s made for the military.
