[Boatanchors] DX-35 Problem(s)

With Heathkits there is one usually infallible 
method to correct any problem.  It's even 
fun.  Just strip it down to the bare chassis, 
clean and polish everything, and then build it 
with any bad components replaced of course.  The 
DX-35 is simple enough that it won't take 
long.  Just follow the assembly manual and do a 
real neat professional job.  I bet it will 
work.  And then you have a "like 
new/remanufactured" transmitter.  And a real
