[Boatanchors] need copy from Penson's Heathkit book

HI,  I have a copy of Chuck Penson's book on Heathkit products, but two pages 
are blank (didn't print).  Can anybody send me, electronically or by snail mail, 
a copy of pages 144 & 145.  I believe that those pages describe the HW104.
