[Boatanchors] Help needed: HW101 restoration

Help,  I have a butchered HW101 that I am trying to restore.  I bought it a 
couple of years ago from someone that told me that it was working and included 
the manual.

It arrived with extra holes everywhere; a patched in IF strip and AM detector 
from some other radio, and the Transmitter modified for AM.  Do you think that 
somebody wanted a high power CB rig?

The manual turned out to be a copy of parts of the real manual.

I want to restore it, but it will be a labor of love.  I am looking for:

1.  a more complete manual, or a link to Bama, or some other site that might 
have the manual on line.
2.  a replacement RFgain/filter switch combo; or at least the knob set.  I might 
be able to clean up the original control but the knobs are missing.
