[Boatanchors] need copy from Penson's Heathkit book

Page 144 is for the HR-20 SSB mobile receiver and Page
145 is for the HR-1680 solid-state receiver.

The HW-104 is on pages 173 and 173.

At least these are from the second edition which is
the accurate edition.  The first edition has quite a
number of errors.
