Doe any of your wives threaten to do the radios in. My wife is very
understanding BUT the kitchen is hers and not to be used for radio work.
So I get to put towers and dish antennas up all over the yard I even
have the entire basement. I think I got a great deal. With that said I
have used the oven twice while she was at work to dry out some
equipment. Thank God there was no smell.

Therefore, when the hot water hits the paint it often "flakes off". However, it has been my experience that not all the paint comes off and there are usually a few very solidly attached spots of paint left which have to be sanded to remove.
