[Boatanchors] New official acronym

I play with a bunch of retired Boeing people. One was a manager on the B-52
program in the 60's.
The B-52 has been a fine airplane. I asked why the USAF did not just order
replacements. The tooling is all gone! The drawings are al on old paper.
Nothing is on the computer! They would have to start from scratch to design
and build more B-52s!
