[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters SX-28 S-meter

I have 2 SX-28s. Both have this problem. In fact, every SX-28 I've
ever seen has this problem. It looks like the meter exploded. It's
clearly from stress fractures in the brass. Evidently the meter
manufacturer was too busy turning out their quota during the war to take
time to anneal the brass cylinder after forming it - and for that matter
who can blame them? Hose clamps and pieces of large diameter black heat
shrink tubing cured mine.
