[Boatanchors] LED's instead of lamps in boatanchors???

Mike,
Did you do anything special to provide a DC supply for the LEDs, like a
voltage regulator, or did you just add a rectifier and capacitor? I
assume the flicker would be annoying if you ran the LEDs on 60 Hz AC.
