Only way I could think of is to terminate it percision 1% film resistor 
about 400-600 ohms, then measure the impedance at other end with something 
like a General Radio 1606 bridge or a solid state that would give you R+ 
or - jX  at the other (low impedance) end.  Measurements to be made at say 
3.5, 4, 7, 10, 14 etc. Mhz as desired.
