What's unavailable about them?

All the mail-order catalog houses (Digikey, Mouser, Allied, etc.)
have lots of aluminum and steel chassis in them from Bud and Hammond.

Allied and Mouser sell a couple of tube-oriented Hammond transformers
too. Allied has a couple of "Allied brand" tube transformers that I swear
must really be made by Hammond.

Antique Electronic Supply has the best prices but a limited
selection on chassis, BTW.
