You can still get aluminum chassis from Chester Electronics, Kenosha 
Wisconsin and Largo, Florida.
I think you can also get them from the BUD company. If all else fails, a 
local aluminum crafter can make one whatever size you want.

As to Chassis punches, Harbor Freight Tools sells a set which are designed 
for electricians but there is a punch in there that will work for an octal 
socket hole.
