[Boatanchors] repair wirewound resistor in Super Pro power supply

You are not going to be able to solder the nichrome wire that makes up that
resistor. You need to devise some sort of mechanical connection to tie the
ends together. One method I have used is to get two of the metal bands used
for tapping the resistor and installing one at each location of the broken
ends. Then wire the two taps together. You can also try unwinding a turn
from each broken end, chipping away the ceramic very carefully and then just
twisting the wires together. Sometimes you don't have to chip, the wire
unwinds from underneath.
