[Boatanchors] repair wirewound resistor in Super Pro power supply

I have repaired resistors like that with a single strap tap. It will usually
have a wide enough area to make contact with both sides. A small piece of
metal (brass) inserted under the clamp should work.

You can solder nicrome with acid flux. Be sure to thou rely rinse.
