  This is part of the ARC Type 12 gear and one of the receivers that is
  similar to it is the R-19 which covers the same frequency range.

It turns out I had not yet sent the Type 12 manual. The bad news is it
only covers:

R-10A; -11A; -15; -19

and

T-11A; -11B; -13; -13A

plus a number of control units.

If any of those are useful, please email me off list. I personally don't
have scanning capability at the moment, but they can be copied at
Staples.
