  This is part of the ARC Type 12 gear and one of the receivers that is
  similar to it is the R-19 which covers the same frequency range.  The
  R-19 can be either 14 or 24V.  [snip]  I don't have the means to scan
anything for you but i could get a copy
  made for the R-19 if your interested or any other of the
  receiver/transmitter/control heads etc.

If it's part of the ARC Type 12 gear, I bought the full manual a month
or two ago. It's making its way to the UK slowly to be scanned and will
show up on RoyalSignals in a month ot two. I also have a box full of the
hardware, I know not what, but will be selling it off sooner or later.
Silly me, I thought it was just post war ARC-5 stuff made for commercial
use. But that was ages ago.
