Hi Ken,
    Try Mouser, they have Kobitone crystal elements which work well.  A
cupla different sizes & impedances.  I've used both the #25LM022 (25k
ohms) & 25LM024 (9k) as replacements for the D-104 cartidge (they're
smaller in dia., will fit for you).  Pretty cheap, too, $3.52 & 4.17.
