[Boatanchors] Need mic element

I have a rather nice Knight KN-4515 microphone with a non-working element. I've 
read that this mic is similar to a Turner SSB+2. The element is about 1 7/8" (48mm) 
in dia. and about 1/4" (7mm) thick not including the dome portion. A sticker on the 
base has a schematic and the following part numbers:

254X and 454X crystal
254C and 454C ceramic

I've looked everywhere I can think of for a replacement element. Any ideas? I plan on 
using it with my Heathkit SB-100.
