[Boatanchors] HW-101 VFO problem

Update:
I found two loose grounds in the vertically mounted aluminum divider
band-switch boards. If I juggled them while the unit was on, I got the
problem of the output disappearing on 40 all together. I re-soldered them
and now I don't get the intermittent problem...40 meters now has no output.
I also found a cold solder point on a wire going into the second board back
from the front. But I still get output frequencies WAY off where they
should be on 20 and 15.
Any other thoughts? Does this sound like bad crystals?
