[Boatanchors] HW-101 VFO problem

Good idea. The only problem is I don't have the complete manual. All I have
is the last part of the manual giving me the initial test and general
trouble shooting guides along with the schematics. I have been looking for
a reasonably priced HW-101 manual, so if you know of any let me know.
