[Boatanchors] The Origin of Upper and Lower Case

Hello All,

When type was still being set by hand,
the most often used letters were the
small ones, which were put in trays at
a convenient height to reach.  Large
letters were usually kept in cases
above the more frequently used trays
of small letters.  Thus we have
"upper case" and "lower case."
