[Boatanchors] FW: Cap Pos or Neg End

On untouched radials the neg is usually the shorter lead, with markings of 
some sort.
On axial caps there is usually a dent around the pos. end.
Diodes are usually banded on the neg end.
LEDs usually have a flat edge and shorter lead on the neg side.
