Don't know about eagles, but I have a pair of great
horned owls that have been roosting on my stacked 11
element 2 meter beams (vertically polarized) for over
10 years. The force of their landing has moved the
beams about 45 degrees out of line with the rest of
the antennas. The antennas are 13 feet above the
tower so I can't get to them to straighten them out!

The female is about 24 inches tall with about a 6 foot
wingspan and the male is about 20 inches tall with
abaout a 5 foot wingspan.

I am having to replace my 30 foot outdoor antenna
because, and you ain't gonna believe this, an Eagle
has been perching on it and collapsed several of the arms.
