A spectrum as you describe, signal every 100 kHz for a very wide
band is the harmonics of a pulse train with a 100 khz repetition
rate and quite short pulse width as the spectrum seems to go
forever. Look to any electronics, even refrigerators as they now
have digital electronics. Odds are it is in your house or very nearby.
