[Boatanchors] VTVM probe modification for Heathkit IM series of VTVM's

Hi, sorry if this doesn't qualify as a boatanchor. Has anyone seen a =
procedure for the modification of the IM series of VTVMs? It involved =
changing the meter jack from a mono to stereo jack, and constructing a =
new set of probes (3 wires), based on a 1/4" stereo plug. I'm sure I've =
seen this mod somewhere, but can't remember where.
