[Boatanchors] A4 versus M2: how do they compare

This question ought to fire up the list :-) as I don't have the foggiest
idea:

For the frequencies that the 75A4 covers, how would you stack up the A4
to the KWM2A ?

Any thoughts that would guide my novice friend as to which to buy first?
