CERT - shows you how stupid Jim is-he is starting the 8-4 class on election day. But yes looks like a complete list and no I did not get it. Jim still has no use for us. But we have little use for him as well. If he keeps it up-word will get back to the commissioners via the family ties we have and he may be unemployed.


Rule making - The second one would make Em-Comm nearly impossible to be tactical-you would be spending all your time identifying and not communicating valuable traffic.

The first rule proposed I am not sure why that guy feels a need to go 30 minutes unless he is a natural wind bag. I don't see that as an EmComm problem producer as much as the second one. 

What do one or two people get on a kick and want to change something that has been in effect for 50 years? 

They should just wait for their appointment with Ron Spalding and until them-enjoy the hobby.
