[BCVHFA] Nov Sweepstakes Contest

The Sweepstakes contest will be Nov18 at 4p until Nov19 at 10pm so don't forget! 
Here are the rules http://www.arrl.org/contests/rules/2006/novss.html If you 
know someone from Dial, BCVHFA, or BC ARES who is not on the email list, please 
let them know.

We will be having dinner at 6p on Sat, so please bring a covered dish. Please 
let me know by Nov 11 if you are planning on coming out, so we'll have a rough 
idea for the food. You are all welcome to spend the night if you'd like. As yes, 
I mean all of you. Space is not a problem. We'll find a place to stack you if we 
have that many.......

We'll probably have 2 stations available to operate from. So come on out and 
join the fun! Talk-in will be on 146.61 - with a 118.8 pl. If you have a 
handheld and a rubber duck, you probably won't hit the machine from here.

Directions from the West Middletown bridge:

Take Rt 122 West for aprox 7 to 8 miles towards Gratis and turn left on Somers 
Gratis Rd. (there should be a sign that says Preble Shawnee School). Follow 
Somers Gratis Rd past 2 stop signs (the 2nd stop sign is Rt 503). After passing 
the 2nd stop sign, you'll go up a hill and look for 5609C Somers Gratis Rd. Our 
drive is on the right, just East of the school. There are 2 driveways side by 
side. Stay on the left drive, past the white barn, and right at the Y. We're in 
the grey 2 story about 1/2 mile off the road.

Directions from Rt 73 West of Trenton:

Rt 503 North towards West Elkton. Go aprox 3 miles North of West Elkton to left 
on Somers Gratis Rd. If you get to Gratis, you've gone to far. Follow Somers 
Gratis up the hill to 5609C Somers Gratis Rd. Stay on the left driveway, past 
the white barn, and right at the Y. We're in the grey 2 story about 1/2 mile off 
the road.

That should cover it I guess. If you have any questions, just ask. And, don't 
forget to RSVP by Nov 11. If you forget, you're still welcome to come out. See
