[BCVHFA] Comments to proposed changes in how often we identify

I think this is worth passing on to everyone. I personally don't see a problem 
with how we do things now. This bit of giving your call sign and the other 
persons can get pretty annoying real quick. If you listen to HF any, you'll hear 
people doing this. Especially when they are ragchewing and going back and forth 
a lot. My opinion only. Read the following link and file your comments if you
