[BARC-List] BARC Quetion of the Week

Well in keeping up with the times if they are going to  keep the code 
test then they should have  not only a voice test but a packet , tv. hf 
,satellite,and all our other modes..
We are having enough trouble  recruiting  new young hams  when they 
would just as soon use the internet.
We need to concentrate our efforts on increasing our numbers not 
driving  recruits away .
Code should be aa elective as is the other modes.
