[BARC-List] BARC Quetion of the Week

I vote for no code. In  my opinion CW is just another mode no less or 
more important then any other mode. If we are going to require a test 
for CW then we should require a test for all the other modes.

I do think that there should be questions on the exam about CW, just 
like there is on the other modes.
