[ARRL-OK] National FRS SOS Network

The ARRL is always open to hearing ideas and concepts which may advance
interest and use of radio communications.  We are aware of the information
presented in the recent SOS Network releases, but no one has yet presented
this to the ARRL for consideration and action.  We look forward to hearing
full presentation of the idea and then can determine its merits and
possibilities for implementation.
